Karen and Steve are the most fantastic, professional, reliable and super caring pet sitters and dog walkers ever. They have been walking our puppy Skylar from 12 weeks of age, starting with puppy walks and building up to ‘big girl’ group walks now she’s 6 months old. Skylar absolutely adores Karen and their dog, Bobby. I only have to mention the word ‘Karen’ and she runs to the front door… I can not recommend them highly enough for your pets. Karen and Steve have looked after Zac from 12 weeks old, and at now just over 1 years old I can safely say that Zac absolutely adores them both and sees them as a part of his extended family (he gets more excited when they arrive then he does when I get home!) , both Steve and Karen are so flexible and helpful and I know that they always have Zacs well being at heart and they aren’t phased even when Zac is being a bit of an handful! I just wanted to publicly thank Karen and Steve for the fantastic service they provide. They have looked after our puppy Collie since his first week with us and he is nearly 9 months old now. Karen and Steve, both have a passion for animals and this is clear to see from just how much our dog adores them both and their own fantastic dog Bobby. The day to day service is brilliant. Karen and Steve have backed up the training we do with Rory and we can see the positive influence they have had in his development. Bobby their dog has significantly helped with this too. I can’t rate Karen & Steve highly enough. They looked after my 3 cats for 4 days in August & I had continuous updates, photos & video’s. I am absolutely blown away with the care and attention shown by Steve and Karen whilst doing dog walking for our 2 dogs. Flossie is an old girl of 13 who needs careful exercise and Buster is a recent rescue who is adorable but had a very tough life and some issues before we adopted him. Steve and Karen came to meet our doggies before doing any sitting and walking with the dogs, which showed how much they really care about giving our dogs and reassurance that we all needed. Steve has been looking after our dogs for a week and has sent daily updates of how our beloved dogs have been and how well they are doing. Having been nervous about how our dogs would respond…I am absolutely delighted with how well behaved and happy Buster and Flossie have been. Steve and Karen clearly look after our dogs as if they were their own and we are amazed with the attention they have given to reassure us.
